All couples or single-parent families who are going to follow an IVF programme, according to Greek law they will need to provide the following documents to our secretariat before the laboratory procedures begin, i.e. before the fertilisation.
- Identity cards or passports of the couple or of the lady alone in the case of a single-parent family or egg cryopreservation
- Blood tests
□ For the following infectious diseases, performed strictly within the last six months:
-HIV I&II
-Hepatitis B (HbsAg)
-Hepatitis C (ANTI-HCV)
-Syphilis (VDRL/RPR)
*In case you need to cryopreserve semen as part of a procedure, all the above exams should be provided no later than the day of specimen collection.
□ HBA2 (Test for stigma/Anaemia)
□Cystic Fibrosis: at least one of the 2 must have a full molecular test
- A. Marriage certificate or certificate of marital status of the last six months if the couple is married
OR
B. Notarial act/ deed of recognition of a child if the couple is unmarried or in cases of single-parent family.

- Signed Consent for IVF, OD, ED, FET as given by the relevant IVF centre for the IVF programme to be followed.
In the event that a person is unable to sign in person, on the day at the Clinic, they must provide the consent with their original signature confirmed by an authority in their state (lawyer, notary, government office) no later than the day of the fertilisation.
