There, the sperm that will attach to the hyaluronic acid, are the most functional to proceed to fertilisation and therefore out of them, the one that will fertilise each egg is selected microscopically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PICSI<\/strong> is a method suggested in cases with abnormal sperm count which is usually characterised by very poor morphology (teratospermia) in combination with high percentages of fragmented DNA in the sperm nuclei.
