Despina Keke is a Clinical Dietitian-Nutritionist and is an associate of Konstantinos Sfakianoudis. She is a graduate of the Department of Dietetics – Nutrition Science of the Harokopio University of Athens and from 2005 to 2007 she was a scientific associate of the Harokopio University. There she participated in pan-European health education programmes for primary and secondary school students and in intervention programmes for postmenopausal women.
She has contributed to research on the effect of maternal nutrition, gestational diabetes and other peri-genital factors on the development of the newborn and its relation to the development of childhood obesity.In 2008-2009 she taught in a private IEK in the department of dietetics and technical cooking. Since the completion of her undergraduate studies she has been providing services as a Dietician – Nutritionist and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dieticians.
At the same time, from 2009 until today she is involved in the management and organization of a medical center for reconstructive and cosmetic surgery with administrative responsibilities of human resources management, and recommendation of dietary programs for patients with lipodystrophy and malignant obesity.

She has attended numerous training seminars and conferences and voluntarily participates in lectures on healthy nutrition to parents of kindergarten and primary school children in the greater Athens area.
Παράλληλα, από το 2009 μέχρι σήμερα συμμετέχει στη διοίκηση και οργάνωση ιατρικού κέντρου επανορθωτικής και αισθητικής χειρουργικής με διοικητικές αρμοδιότητες διαχείρισης ανθρώπινου δυναμικού, και σύσταση διαιτητικών προγραμμάτων για ασθενείς με λιποδυστροφία και κακοήθη παχυσαρκία.
Έχει παρακολουθήσει πλήθος επιμορφωτικών σεμιναρίων και συνεδρίων ενώ συμμετέχει εθελοντικά σε ομιλίες με θέμα την υγιεινή διατροφή σε γονείς παιδιών νηπιαγωγείου καθώς σε παιδιά δημοτικών σχολείων στην ευρύτερη περιοχή της Αθήνας.
